Thanksgiving provides an opportunity to look past the frenzy of the moment. It gives us a chance to slow down and spend time with loved ones. It invites us to reflect on the values that were present more than 400 years ago at the first Thanksgiving—values that will remain meaningful for hundreds of years to come. Community, Kindness, Gratitude, and Fortitude are just a few, though the list differs slightly for each of us. These values continue to guide us every day in our family business and in our personal lives.
