The Wildwood Room is BACK! After a few years as a manufacturing site, we are so excited to see this special space return to its roots as a community gathering hub. The new team has big plans — live music, events, dance nights, and more — and we couldn't be more thrilled to pass the torch (again!). Go give the new WildWood page a follow and show them some love. As of 2022….. The Wildwood Room has new owners! Farewell to those days of Teton Valley parties in the Boney Lounge - it has been such a pleasure to be a community hub for the last 19 years!! The building is ready for a new era!
We are grateful to all involved in the sale and feel that the new owners will fit right in on Lupine Lane!

This 2020 holiday season feels strange - we aren’t busy preparing for parties or searching for the perfect tree to light up the northeast corner of the dining room.

We are sad to announce that The Wildwood Room will remain closed through the winter this year. Indoor gatherings will just have to wait. Meanwhile we are blessed with time off for winter activities and beyond grateful for our current tenants.

Dearest patrons of The Wildwood Room and Dining In Catering:
As we’re all aware, the health crisis is creating hardship and loss for communities and families around the globe. We sincerely hope that you and yours are finding ways to maintain your lives and that your days are feeling healthy and meaningful. We are so grateful that our family and our small community are moving along in a relatively safe and optimistic way.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the offers of support during this severe crisis for our industry. We really have an amazing group of friends and employees of Dining In and The Wildwood Room. Thank you for your concern!
Like many other resort town businesses, our livelihood depends on (now prohibited) large gatherings:
•community groups gathering for a delicious meal and an exciting party;
•accomplished individuals celebrating their most treasured missions;
•vital nonprofits hosting ever-important fundraisers
•amazing celebrations of love and deep family and friend connections.
Having these events not happen is just devastating to everyone!
Our best solution is hope and planning.
Please consider using this quarantine time to have us help you plan a REBOUND event - for you, for your family, your friends, your nonprofit, or your company for later this year - with a flexible time frame! Just call us to brainstorm, or send an email with any questions and we will work hard to help create your amazing event. We dream of hosting you this year in July (wouldn’t that be nice!!), August, September, October, November or December. This will give us all hope.
If you were one of the unfortunate ones that had to cancel a spring event - (we’ve been in touch) we are excited to work on making your upcoming event better than ever.
So please take a moment to first count your blessings, and then give us a call to start planning. We are staying home, trying carefully to aid in flattening the curve. We are ready to help you and make your 2020 rebound party your best event yet.
