Ingredients
1️⃣ Cookies:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2️⃣ Frosting (optional):

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food coloring (optional)
Preparation
1️⃣ For the Cookies:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

1️⃣ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2️⃣ 1 cup pineapple juice
3️⃣ 1/2 cup brown sugar
4️⃣ 1/3 cup soy sauce
5️⃣ 1 red bell pepper, chopped
6️⃣ 1 green bell pepper, chopped
7️⃣ 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
8️⃣ 2 cloves garlic, minced
9️⃣ 1 tablespoon cornstarch
🔟 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

7️⃣ 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation 🥢
1️⃣ Cook the noodles:

6️⃣ 1/2 cup dry white wine
7️⃣ 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
8️⃣ 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

Preparation 🍳
1️⃣ Caramelize the onions:

Ingredients
1️⃣ Pinto Beans and Ham Hocks

1 lb dried pinto beans
2 large ham hocks
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
6 cups water
2️⃣ Cornbread

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
3️⃣ Pickled Onions

1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Preparation
1️⃣ Pinto Beans and Ham Hocks

Rinse the pinto beans and soak them overnight in water.
Drain and rinse the beans again.
In a large pot, add the ham hocks, pinto beans, chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
Pour in 6 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours or until the beans are tender and the ham hocks are falling apart.
Remove the bay leaf and adjust seasoning if necessary.
2️⃣ Cornbread

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

3️⃣ Pickled Onions

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2️⃣ For the Cinnamon Swirl:

1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
3️⃣ For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🥄 Preparation:
1️⃣ Make the Pancake Batter:

In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Do not overmix.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl:

Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a small plastic bag and cut off a tiny corner.
3️⃣ Cook the Pancakes:
