If you know me you know I am not the one to do such as this… I have debated on whether or not to share this because 1) I am not that kind of person & do not like being ugly or ranting on Facebook, it’s tacky 2) I try to show grace and give the benefit of the doubt as often as I can 3) It could have been a typo / honest mistake BUT - After going through one of the slowest years since starting this business 6 years ago I am accommodating as many customers that come my way and I want to serve you with as much grace as I can. I know the economy is crap & flowers are not essential but I am tired of busting my tail while trying to provide for my family to receive confirmations like this. Honestly, I’m lucky to have even received a response as most of the time people don’t respond at all.

I am giving 100% to my customers. Customer service is preached to my girls that help me weekly. It’s been my top priority since I started this business in 2020 and it will always be my top priority as long as I’m running the flower shop but this right here is unacceptable. After driving 20 minutes to deliver & 20 minutes back to town ensuring that this order is safely delivered. Mind you outside of our regular delivery zone & under the minimum to order… because I want to accommodate as many as I can.

People wonder why customer service is out the door.. this is why. Small business owners & any other working citizen deserves the respect a CEO of a large company deserves too. Maybe it was a typo, maybe she wasn’t happy to receive flowers, maybe she didn’t like her SIL… I don’t know & I DON’T CARE. Just be KIND. Say THANK YOU! Appreciate gifts you are given.

My girls and I will continue to give the best customer service we can while accommodating you as best we can. We don’t have time for ugly. ✌🏼🌷
