I made myself a little goal: paint every day.

And then life happened, and my brushes quietly gathered dust while everything else got loud.

Today I picked it back up again.🖌️

No dramatic comeback story. No “I never missed a day” perfection arc. Just me, my watercolor journal (handmade by moi, because I am, in fact, a paper snob), and a fresh page that didn’t care about the pause.

I’m going to start sharing my daily paintings here as a way to stay accountable and keep showing up, even when it’s messy or inconsistent or restarted for the tenth time.

If you’re starting something too, here’s your reminder: ✨you don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to come back to it.✨

Tell me why I’m this excited over tiny scissors 😍✂️
The Liliput minis are absolutely adorable (so teeny!!), and the Owl Eye scissors have that weighty little snip that makes my heart happy. Both are from Sublime Stitching and honestly? 10/10 🧵✨
