Final product testing. Pork tenderloin and skinless chicken tights. No rub, no marinade..Nothing but heat and BBQ MUD Smokin Mud Blend. The chicken got a great color and the pork got a nice smoke ring. Very happy with the mild smoke flavor. One step closer.
