"I am so impressed with how Norfolk Florist handled my recent order on 6/20/26. I had a slight issue with a birthday arrangement for my wife, but Michelle (the manager) turned the experience around completely. She reached out right away, apologized, and ensured I received the quality arrangement I was looking for. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about their customers and is so quick to take.." says James on Google
