⚓️ Pattern Intro: Holdfast Hat by in Supersoft ⚓️

The Holdfast Hat was inspired by rippling water moving over stationary vegetation. The three colors invite to play with your favorite colorways, or branch out of your comfort zone a little!

The hat is worked from the brim up. After the one-color brim you work stranded colorwork throughout the body and the crown, never working more than two colors at a time.

Holdfast is a part of our upcoming Issue 11, "Seashore". You can preorder your copy now through us or one of our stockists - and you can subscribe to get 15% off compared to buying two magazine issues per year! Head over to making-stories.com to get your copy of Issue 11 ⚓️

The first snow is falling for the winter season here and the hand knits are necessary for me to stay warm. This two layered stranded cowl is a sensible accessory and an enjoyable repetitive knit.
