Fox Lake Saturday Morning Runs.

Hello everyone. It has been a while since I have posted since my wife and I have been building our real estate team. But it's time for me to get back in the running game.

If you're looking for a place to run Saturday mornings in northern Illinois we have a new group. Meets at 25 Forest Ave, Fox Lake.

Start time 7:00am Saturday Mornings.

The route is and out and back.

Hard work pays off. Jim Alexander has put that hard work in. Yesterday he crushed his previous PR in the 70.3 by 34 mins. And to top it off took 2nd place.

Open water swim is still on in the morning. However I might not make it because my car just got dropped off at the shop. Should be a couple people attending.

Hello Everyone,

The bacteria levels have remained high now for 2 weeks and as of today are still high.

I can't take the risk of having the swim yet this Friday. I will be cancelling this weeks swim as well. July 28th
