If you've spent any time with us in person, or on the phone, chances are you've been impacted by the warmth and humor of Dennis Kochenour. Dennis is a beloved grandfather, father, uncle and, community member of Wabash County.

Dennis is our Senior Project Manager here at Schlemmer's Fire & Outdoor. He has dedicated his time to creating home hearth spaces, for people to gather and enjoy time together. He's also founded and facilitated the Reservoir Dogs Bass Fishing group, creating a sense of community around fishing tournaments.

In August, Dennis was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma. On the 17th, he will begin his cancer fight with surgery. Wabash, community, I graciously ask for your support as we gather around him.

We're feeling a mix of both sadness and immense gratitude for all the joy he's given us. However, the reality of a cancer fight brings a massive financial burden. The goal of this GoFundMe is to help provide Dennis and his family with the resources needed for his treatment and healing. All funds from this account will be used to pay for costs of surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, and other medical expenses. Please consider donating to help lighten his heavy load.
