Let's just start right here in the kitchen because we all know that's the heart of the HOME. Stunning color combination, tile you want to touch, hardware that's intentional and a countertop to anchor the space, finishes are where a room truly comes to life.
The rest of this custom home features clean lines, open concept spaces, bold color choices and an abundance of natural light. Gas fireplace fills the open living room space with warmth and cozy vibes for these winter nights Gorgeous walk-in shower using stone, wood tile and a calming wall tile to compliment the space. Custom closet organizers adorn a large walk-in closet off master bath that that connects directly to laundry for ease. Designing a home that has it all is exactly what we do 🖤🖤

As 2025 was coming to a close we were able to get this home wrapped up and occupied for the holidays. So many details poured into these spaces, drenched in colors yet tasteful and complimentary to every square foot. This was our 3rd green kitchen for 2025 and what a way to close out the year. Gorgeous island pendants, beautiful views from those windows. An office with custom built in bookshelves saturated in a moody green that is sure to be the perfect space for day dreaming. A sexy, yes we said sexy walk in shower that you can just get lost in....literally! A powder bath complete with custom shiplap and the coolest wallpaper adourn its walls.....beautiful tiled floors, large windows and inviting arches are just a few of my favorites in this custom home.

The start of a new year brings with it new changes. This week, we initiated a substantial remodel project that features a solid foundation and a diverse color palette. We are in the process of installing a new kitchen, desk area, fireplace cabinets and shelving, new flooring, and, of course, new paint, lighting, and a stone refacing of the fireplace - a comprehensive renovation. We have made an excellent start, transforming the space from an overwhelming brightness to a more subdued atmosphere. Stay tuned as this project is sure to make a grand entrance and we are just getting started 🎉🥳🎉

Just finished up a beautiful custom home yesterday, homeowners are delighted to be moving in this weekend, another from start to finish in 6 month timeframe. Pics to come soon 📷
We have another that should be completed in November and another for December, just in time for the Holidays 🎄🎅 We also have a beautiful home on Hamlin Lake that we started framing this week. Feeling THANKFUL seems appropriate for the 1st of November ✨️
