Most people here know me for bouquets, floral installations, wedding mornings, and long event days...

But what most people don’t see...
..is the strength it takes behind every wedding installation. 🌸💪

A few years ago, I started strength training simply to become stronger.

Today, it’s become one of my greatest passions.

Ironically, building strength in the gym has made me a stronger wedding florist. From hauling buckets and large arrangements to loading trucks and building installations, every workout pays off on wedding day.

And yes... deadlifts really do make flower installations easier. 😂🌸

Simple cake flowers always adds a touch of elegance. If you look closely, you can see our “hack” on how we add them. We do not stick stems into your cake — most imported flowers are filled with pesticides and we don’t want to chance they leak into your cake. What’s the hack? Pizza box toppers! Flowers are secured to the plastic top and the thin plastic sticks go in just enough to secure - yes, I know - plastic!! And so long the plastic isn’t heated while in the cake - much safer.
