I think I just brought the first GRIT wheelchair into the 3D-printed world. 😏♿️

Modeled after Amy Haskell’s GRIT chair Amy is an adaptive athlete with MS who has a pretty damn big goal:

Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. 🏔️

So naturally…I had to make her a tiny 3D-printed version. 😂

I’ll be printing and donating a bunch of these little GRIT chairs to help Amy raise money for her climb.

A little plastic. A big mountain. And one seriously determined woman.

A little 3D printed motivation headed to Binghamton!

Sent our friends at Newbsanity an assortment of 3D prizes and challenge coins for their Wednesday night kids obstacle course class.

Kids LOVE this stuff and if a cool little prize gives them extra motivation to climb, crawl, run, jump, and challenge themselves, I’m all for it.

Getting kids moving, building confidence, and having fun that’s the real win. 💪

Julie Adelman is an adaptive athlete taking on an incredible challenge climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro while raising money and awareness along the way.

But this little tag also has a job. A QR code on the back gives Julie an easy way to take her fundraising wherever she goes. Friends, family, or anyone she meets can simply scan it and make a donation no searching for links, no trying to remember a website. Scan. Donate. Done. A few dollars at a time can turn into something pretty significant when enough people get behind a mission.

Sometimes 3D printing is just making cool stuff. Other times, you get the opportunity to make something that actually means something.
