Meet Black Cat Mercantile's vendors of the week. Fancy Feathers Vintage is located on the second floor and run by Jessica and Geromy Criswell. You all know it as the "duck" booth. They love the vintage resale business so much that they bought an antique mall in St. George. You can shop their collections at George's Station Antiques and Black Cat Merchantile.

It isn't very often that I come across an item that I have never seen before. It is marked Made in USA on bottom. The top is marked Patd. Jany. 11th 1898. It is only 2 1/4" wide. I would appreciate your help. I'm curious.
