Same living room design. Almost $14,000 difference! 💸

My version of a FREE Frame TV! 😂

I don't watch TV, so I wasn't about to buy a new one just to have something pretty hanging above my fireplace!

A little gold foil tape around my existing TV, and suddenly it looks like framed artwork.

I might eventually buy a detachable frame, but for now, I'm loving this quick DIY!

Would you try this or buy the real thing?

Sometimes you don't need new furniture to give your living room a completely different look!

After 8 years, I finally said goodbye to my black accent wall.

A few coats of Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee and new curtains made such a difference!

Same furniture. New look. 🤍

Hanging the living room curtains turned into a full workout. Up the ladder. Drop something. Back down. Repeat. 😂

I didn’t plan any of those drops for the video—even the screwdriver with the drill bit in it hit the floor.

You don’t have to splurge on everything to create a beautiful room.

Four things I swear by: a floor plan, a mood board and color palette, samples in your own lighting, and a good look for less.

Color drenching my bathroom? Yes. My entire open floor plan? That’s a bigger commitment than I want. 😂

The living room walls are Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee, and I’m keeping the trim Simply White. That color will continue into the sitting room, kitchen, up the stairs, and into the hallway.

I love the color-drenched look, but for my home, I’d save it for a smaller, contained room.
