Moving the again! Hopefully it's the last time it'll be towed.

Been working on it only a little bit. Its tough having the shop away from the house, but we are fixing that issue.

Cleco's are amazing. This has been a huge project for me and pushes my metal fab skills.

Pretty much turn each section into a removable section.

Great for test fitting.

Metal Fabrication - Trailer Project

Baller coupler to pintle/ring coupler for a dumper trailer.
Cut the old one off prepped the frame and new coupler with some copper primer. Then clamped on the new coupler and MiG welded it on.

Two passes on it, one bead to secure the coupler in position then a second wider bead over top to increase weld contact.

Metal fab goodness. Making some progress again on the crew cab build.

I should make a list in order of the steps and parts I need to build for this. It might make it less over whelming for me.

Anyways today I fine tuned the door sill and started planning on how to structure the hinge door jambs.
