NO WE ARE NOT CLOSING! Just look at the following 15 photos.

Yes we have continued our 50% off sale. Yes we are working at reducing the amount of inventory that we have awaiting arrival in the store. Yes we are continuing to procure new inventory. YES WE ARE STILL CRAZY! Yes there are extraordinary deals (ex: a $195 Philbeck framed signed numbered print that cost us $120 is $195 x 50% = $97.50!!!). Yes we are crazy. Yes we are both 75 years old. No we cannot stay open for 25 more years (maybe 5, 10, not 25 years).

With future changes coming to our store, we need to downsize significantly our inventories. Therefore we will begin today Friday January 7 (11-4) to offer all store items at 50% off original price (excluding consignment pieces, marked C). This sale will continue indefinitely. Although Don holds the record as the only American who fell asleep within 30 minutes of viewing the first Star Wars movie in 1977, we do appreciate that many of our customers are sci-fi enthusiasts. We have therefore purchased a large STAR TREK collection of figurines, models, sets, and misc items. They are all scattered throughout our store just in time for Christmas gift shopping at far below book values. See you soon, Don and Ernie

Don’s illness continues to slow things down here at Oakley Hall Antiques & Art, so a photo visit to the store is forthcoming. We do have numerous pieces of new inventory so it is worth a trip to see us. Still open Friday and Saturday (11-4) only.
In the meantime, Don’s Writers’ Group has published their first anthology of work entitled TUESDAY AFTERNOON. Available now at our store. Check out the list of local writers who contributed. $15
