In a world that can sometimes feel so full of negativity, I want to be a little bit of light.

‼️I have a Passing the Sweetness update ! ‼️

I’m so excited to announce that Pass The Cookies is expanding our Passing the Sweetness program to include CAKES!

Our program already accepts nominations for people who could use a little extra sweetness in their lives in the form of a free cookies. Now, you’ll also be able to nominate someone or yourself to receive a free cake of up to two tiers!

Both the cookie and cake options will be limited, but we will do our best to accept as many nominations as possible.

How to nominate someone:

Head to the Pass The Cookies bakery website and navigate to the category labeled Passing the Sweetness. You’ll find two separate options there: one for cookies and one for cakes. Simply select the option you want and follow the instructions!

I also want to give a shoutout to Letaziah’s Treats, who has a free cake program of their own. I love seeing other bakers use their talents to do good for others!

Now, for the why behind it all.

I want Pass The Cookies to be more than just a bakery. I want it to be a place where we can spread kindness, make people feel loved and remind them that there is still good in this world.

We never truly know what someone else is going through. Sometimes, something as simple as this can take so much weight off of someone’s shoulders who is struggling.

I may not be able to change the whole world, but I can do my best to make someone’s little corner of it a bit sweeter. And if we all did that, imagine the difference we could make.

Let’s choose kindness. Let’s spread love. Let’s be the light.
