When architecture, light, and custom textiles align, a room speaks for itself.

In this space, floor-to-ceiling drapery frames the surrounding views while filtering light onto curated art and subtle finishes. The result is a calm, harmonious environment tailored precisely to how the homeowner lives each day.

As autumn arrives and natural light shifts lower on the horizon, our interiors naturally call for warmth and texture.

Preparing your windows for fall is about creating cozy, thermally comfortable spaces. Combining rich striped drapes with textured Roman shades creates depth while helping seal out seasonal drafts.

3 ways we prepare spaces for cooler weather:
• Layering tactile weaves like bouclé or wool blends.
• Introducing warm earth tones like burnt amber and terracotta.
• Utilizing insulating linings that keep warmth indoors.

“A great window treatment shouldn’t look like an afterthought—it should feel like an organic extension of the architecture.” — Paul Baldwin

For over 15 years, Paul has approached window design with a builder’s precision and a designer’s eye. From initial technical measurements to final hand-steaming on-site, his focus remains on executed perfection.

Layering window treatments is equal parts art and function.

A translucent sheer foundation captures and softens incoming sun during the morning, while a structured, blackout drape overlay provides depth, insulation, and intimacy when evening falls.

Together, they offer complete control over light, acoustic comfort, and climate throughout every season.

Technology is at its best when it blends invisibly into your home.

Automated shading shouldn’t look technical—it should feel organic. By concealing motorization hardware within custom architectural pockets and programming smooth, silent movement, shading becomes an effortless daily ritual.

Wake up to scheduled morning light and close your home in unison at sunset.

Design lives in the nuances.

By adding a crisp contrast piping along the edge of these gathered sheer drapes, we gave a delicate, light-filtering fabric a clean, defined silhouette. It subtle frame draws the eye toward the architectural framing of the window without overpowering the room’s calm palette.

Sometimes the simplest design choice yields the quietest elegance.

Light is the quietest element of interior design, yet it shapes everything you feel inside a room.

When tailoring window treatments for a client, we look closely at how fabric weight, weave, and opacity interact with incoming sunlight. Here, tailored sheer layers filter daylight into a serene glow, balancing privacy with an open, airy ambience.

It’s the subtle intersection of textile science and interior aesthetics.

The difference between a standard drape and couture-quality window tailoring lies in how the fabric hangs.

From custom weighted hems to hand-pleated headings, every detail is engineered to fold seamlessly. Watch how these layered sheers provide complete daytime privacy while preserving the view outside.
