Some of my favorite pieces in a home are the ones that carry a story.
A textile that reminds you of your childhood.
A painting you found while traveling.
A family heirloom passed down from generation to generation.
These are the objects that give a home depth.
Not because they’re expensive or rare, but because they feel connected to something human. A memory. A place. A craft tradition. A person.
I think people are craving that more than ever right now.
Not perfection.
Not performance.
Not homes that feel staged for the internet.
But spaces that feel layered, personal, and lived in.
