Sweet Potato Brownies!
Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: chocolate chips, chopped nuts
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Peel and chop the sweet potato into small pieces, then steam or boil until soft.
Mash the sweet potato in a bowl until smooth.
Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the bowl with the sweet potato. Mix well until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips or chopped nuts, if using.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta 🧄🧀🍝
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or rotini)
2 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley for garnish
Method:
Add to Crockpot: Place chicken, broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and seasonings in the crockpot.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
Shred Chicken: Shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the creamy sauce.
Cook Pasta: Boil pasta separately, drain, and toss with butter.
Combine & Serve: Mix pasta into the crockpot, stir well, and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
For the Lemon Cream Filling:
8 oz mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese), softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ cup heavy whipping cream
For the Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Lemon zest for garnish
Method:
Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
Make the Cake: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon zest and vanilla. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk with lemon juice, mixing until combined.

Keto Cream Cheese Noodles
4 large eggs
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a blender, combine the eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the egg mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading it evenly into a thin layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.

1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
3 cups boiling water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
3 cups cold water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups whipped topping
Decoration:
Whipped cream
Pastel sprinkles
Candy eggs
Directions:
Lemon Layer: Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water, stir well, then add 1 cup cold water. Mix in ⅓ of the cream cheese and ½ cup whipped topping. Pour into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Blue Layer: Dissolve the berry blue Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water, then add 1 cup cold water. Stir in ⅓ of the cream cheese and ½ cup whipped topping. Carefully pour over the lemon layer and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix (like Stove Top)

½ cup butter, melted

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

1 cup frozen or canned green beans (optional)

Method:

Prepare Crockpot: Spray with nonstick spray.

Layer Chicken: Place chicken breasts at the bottom. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

My family’s favorite recipe! Brown and golden crispy Banana Bread! The Applesauce sauce makes it moist and soft in the inside. The cinnamon flavor added sweetness and aroma. You and your family will surely enjoy this simple and delicious treat!
Recipe:
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups regular flour
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Method:

Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup cooked crumbled sausage
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay tortillas flat and spread 2-3 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each one.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then add pepperoni, sausage, olives, and bell peppers.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the toppings.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

½ cup broccoli florets
½ cup carrots, sliced
¼ cup red onion, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp black pepper
🔹 For the Rice:
1 cup cooked white or brown rice
🍽️ Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Paula Deen’s 5-Minute Fudge 🍫✨ (Easy & Delicious!)

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups granulated sugar

⅔ cup evaporated milk

2 tbsp unsalted butter

½ tsp salt

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Method:

Prepare Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

Boil Sugar Mixture: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes.

Melt & Mix: Remove from heat and quickly stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

Add Nuts (Optional): If using nuts, mix them in now.

Set & Chill: Pour into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and let cool for about 1-2 hours until firm.
