We are hiring at Social Supply.

If you want to work somewhere where what you build actually matters, this is for you.

We design, engineer, fabricate, and install custom environments for some of the most important events in this city. Everything is built in house. We work next to CNC machines, in paint booths, and out of a warehouse full of pieces we made ourselves.

We are looking for fabricators, warehouse staff, drivers, and installers.

We’re hiring a Senior Experiential Designer.

Senior Experiential Designer · 7+ years designing events or experiential environments. You’ve mastered the 3D side and move fluidly between SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or whatever gets the vision across. Because you design function first, your drawings hold up when they hit production. Spatial flow, human scale, structural sense, all considered before a single piece gets cut.

This role is based at our headquarters just outside DC and it’s in person. In the studio, in the shop, and every so often at a client site watching it come alive.

You’d work side by side with Jess, who still leads creative direction on every project. We build everything with our in house fabrication team, so the ideas don’t get watered down or handed off to someone else to figure out.

Event Producer · around 3 years of experience, ready to truly own a project from the first client conversation through final strike.

Senior Event Producer · 7+ years specifically in experiential or environmental production. Directing fabrication, leading install teams on site, managing complex project budgets, and being the person clients actually trust.

Both roles are just outside DC. Both are hands on and on site. You’re either in our studio or at an event.

You’d work directly alongside Jess and her design team. We build everything in house, so the thing we dream up is the thing that gets made. The design never gets cut.
