The special this Saturday 9/5/26 will be Beef Enchiladas served with Refried Beans and Spanish Rice. For Dessert Chocolate Cake topped with Cherry.
Well we have reached a milestone at the restaurant. October will be exactly 3 years and we have used 6000 feet of saran wrap. That's just over a mile! I know this tidbit of info because I just threw away the two boxes I bought for my first fair.
Speaking of fair...it's coming up!!!! I'm almost over my hump. The part of preparing for the fair when I think it will never end. I can't do it. It's too much. Will I ever stop swiping the credit card. But no matter how tired I am I just have to get up and cook something or do some dishes etc. I'm fighting with this Italian Cream Cake recipe. Tonight I will triumph or give it to God lol.
Oh and very soon there will be a new surprise at the restaurant. I haven't told anyone. Last surprise was additional air conditioning which people love. This next one will be another game changer. So keep checking my posts for the big reveal.
