**REMINDER**

TIS’ GATHERING & Spring clean up time. Make sure you have your MINGUK W/PEPPERMINT.

Rub the MINGUK w/peppermint on all the muscles you know you’ll be using before your task. You’ll be amazed how “not sore” you’ll be. I did this morning & definitely feeling awesome. Plan on putting more after my shower.

Happy spring cleaning & remember to gather basically what you need or to share. Do not waste.

Mixture of Devil’s club & plantain. Just love the art that some create as I make them. One of the few additions to my MINGUK w/peppermint (for pain, arthritis, etc). I use Alaskan plants that my bf & I or my panik in the KPenn gather for me.

I have 3 sizes available if interested: 1 oz, 2 oz & now also have a 4 oz. Please send me a msg.

Also made another batch of BALM OF GILEAD w/other natural healers that is amazing for CUTS, PIMPLES, basically lots of skin ailments. Only stipulation is, CAN’T USE IT IF ALLERGIC TO ASPIRIN.

Almost time to start gathering again. Just be mindful of what you gather. Take care of them & they’ll continue taking care of us.
