A customer offered to sell me this truck and while I probably paid too much for it, I felt like it needed saved. The story goes it was an old sema truck and was originally wrapped purple. It started as a 2018 f350 lariat fully deleted with only 28,000 miles on it.
I bought one of my old superdutys back from Different Strokes for parts and we went to town.
First things first was a complete interior swap. Seats, dash, carpet, headliner and a windshield while we were at it.
Tristan replaced all of the interior components and wrapped the seats in Katzkin leather. Then he tinted the entire thing. Then Tristan wrapped it and did the 20+ front end conversion from Morimoto
Then it went to Alex to fix the squat and the leaking coil overs. We put in 8” BDS leaf springs and then some 2” blocks to level it out and some of the worlds longest fox shocks. We also replaced the front axle bushings and some other parts that needed love.
Up front we did use the longest fox shocks I could find and some 8” Fox Coilovers from BDS. Then the traction bars weren’t long enough so we had them extended and re powder coated to match.
Then it went to Brayden who did the rock lights, wired in the rear emblem, did a ton of wiring/brake line clean up, installed fog lights etc. he also installed the 12” radio conversion from mysync 4. He also changed the oil and both fuel filters while we were at it.
Then it went to Lloyd for a removal of a system that had speakers below it and all replaced with Kicker Ks speakers, Kicker LX amplifiers, kicker L7T subwoofers in a PCA enclosure.
Finally it got some new 24x12 Fuel Fusion Forged wheels wrapped in 40x15.50r24” Toyo MT tires
I’m sure I am forgetting plenty, but everybody in the shop had a part of this build and I am so happy with how it turned out. Thank you to everybody that helped with parts, advice, the work they did etc. I know I’ll lose money on it when somebody takes her home but it was worth it to bring this truck back from where it was when it was dropped off.
Come see us at REV tomorrow to see it in person.
