It was a very fast day for us and I’m so thankful - we went home and I took a nap! 🛏️💤

Good news - we’ll be back Mann Family Dental this Saturday!!

We will have a VERY limited amount of bread - we’ve been having a great time with visiting family and haven’t squeezed in much baking time.

We’ll have:

Rustic
Einkorn
Jalapeño Cheddar
Sandwich Bread
Cinnamon Rolls

Hope you all have had a great couple weeks. Parting from my folks, kids and grandkids was tough but it’s good to be home with Luis. I missed him 🥰.

Leaving Idaho this morning and heading back to Alaska. We have family visiting for a few days, but I think we can pull off some bread and pastries for this Saturday. Back in the saddle!

Below are a few pics from the last leg of my whirlwind trip. From the green of Ohio, to the fall colors of Michigan, and on to the golden wheat fields of Idaho, it has been a full trip. I was blessed to go through Palouse, Washington. For those of you that enjoy the einkorn bread, that is where your einkorn wheat berries come from!

I want to share some of the beautiful things I’ve seen since I’ve headed south. It’s been a whirlwind trip but seeing family has been a wonderful blessing!

We won’t be out this Saturday, however, if you need a loaf or two send me a message and Luis will be glad to bake for you 🥰.

We may be at Mann Family Dental Oct 17 - not sure but we’ll keep you posted . If we make it out, the choices and amounts will be limited.

Oh my goodness! Little Debbie is in the house! Someday I’ll do Swiss Cake Rolls…mmm!

See you tomorrow morning at 11 at Mann Family Dental in Wasilla. Find the roundabout for Bogard and Seldon and we’ll be in Dr. Mann’s parking lot, across from the Valley Country Store.

Plenty of fresh, homemade breads, pastries, cinnamon rolls, and cookies.

Don’t forget, we won’t be setting up for the first two weeks of October but the bread freezes very well - grab an extra for next week!

If you have a hankering for bread while we’re closed, Luis will be here and would love to bake for you 🍞😉.

One more trip to Costco before we close for the next 2-3 weeks.

We won’t be setting up Mann Family Dental the first two weeks of October for sure.

If you want sourdough bread during that time, Luis will be glad to fill your request so don’t hesitate to reach out! He especially loves making the Jalapeño Cheddar…🌶️🍞

This week looks pretty good, it’s a week of favorites.
