I put Mac & Cheese on a Smashburger for the first time!
I even cooked the Mac & cheese like a Smashburger and it was incredible!
Ingredients:
• jalapenos, thinly sliced
• 80/20 ground beef -
• burger seasoning of Choice
• American cheese -
• 4-5 oz leftover Mac & cheese
• pretzel buns
• dill pickles 's Pickles
• hot honey bbq sauce 's Flavors
1. Start by thinly slicing some jalapeños and heating up the griddle. Then we can place down 3-4 oz balls of beef with some thinly sliced jalapenos on top and smash them down.
2. Season the beef and then while it cooks for 90 seconds, form the leftover Mac & cheese into a ball.
3. Flip the beef patties, top with cheese, and let that melt for 15 secs or so. Remove and then place down the Mac & cheese patty and smash that down as well.
4. Once the bottom of the Mac & cheese patty is crispy, remove it and then quickly steam the pretzel buns so we can put the burger together.
5. Bottom bun, hot honey bbq sauce, dill pickles, 2 beef patties, the Mac & cheese patty, and then more bbq sauce before placing down the top bun.
