Orders for this Wednesday, June 10th, pickup from my Elkhorn home bakery, are open! Let me know what I can bake up for you.
I’ve gotten a lot of requests for my sourdough croutons so I will be baking up a big batch of those! They are $3/bag and are Parmesan garlic flavored only at this time. I may explore other flavor combos in the future.
Payment due upon order (Venmo preferred) and orders need to be in by tomorrow evening so Mr. Clint Yeastwood can get ready!😂
Also, just as a reminder, if you’d like to start your own sourdough journey and need some starter, let me know and I’ll hook you up for free! (You just have to bring your own jar, as I’m running low on those.) I also provide written instructions to help you get started. No gatekeeping here!🥰

Now that the rain is done, more sourdough breads will be out at Little Miss Sweet Pea's Farm Market this morning!
And so will these delicious cheese and garlic sourdough croutons! The are so crunchy and yummy, it made me want a salad real bad!!😂😂😂
And bonus, they are packaged in these adorable and REUSABLE mason jar bags! I filled them with a funnel just like I would fill any of my canning jars, and it made me giggle doing it.

Marbled rye! One of my favorites to make. These are true marbled this time, as opposed to the swirls I usually do. I’ve found that marbling fuses the two doughs together better than swirling. (I was getting frustrated with my rye toast un-swirling in the toaster!😂🤦‍♀️). These should be beautiful inside and I hope I get to see it!😉

Bake day #1 for Little Miss Sweet Pea's Farm Market! I forgot to get photos of the bagels before I packaged them (side effect of 4am start days!😬) but today there will be plain sourdough bagels, everything sourdough bagels, and a specialty flavor that’s been quite the hit, Brownie Chocolate Chip sourdough bagels! And let me tell you, those ones are ahhhh-mazing!

What to do while my dough rises? Whip up a cute tote bag, of course!
J/K, this took me two weeks, but I did finish it while I’m waiting for my bread to rise so it counts.
The sewn in liner with pockets just makes this bag extra special! Now I’m impatiently waiting on my magnet closure clasps to be delivered so the bag and the pockets will be close-able!

Prep day for the market at Little Miss Sweet Pea's Farm Market!
Making homemade cinnamon chips is one of my favorite things because my whole house smells of cinnamon and sugar. Yum!
Mr. Clint Yeastwood had some heavy lifting to do for these large market batches but he never fails! What a hero!😂🥰😂🥰
