Today’s the day! Support Lake LeBoeuf today during Erie Gives!

Tomorrow is Erie Gives Day! 🌊💙

On Tuesday, August 11, our community will come together for one incredible day of giving—and we hope you'll consider supporting WECAN and the future of Lake LeBoeuf.

Last year, our community donated more than $6,000 toward the Lake LeBoeuf Revitalization Initiative. Since then, we've been doing the important groundwork necessary to turn our vision into a thoughtful, sustainable plan for the future.

We've established a Lake LeBoeuf Steering Committee that brings together WECAN, Waterford Borough, Waterford Township, property owners, recreational users, and local, state, and federal environmental specialists.

Now we're ready for the next big step.

Phase One: Create the Master Plan

Our goal is to hire a qualified professional consultant to develop a comprehensive environmental and recreational master plan for Lake LeBoeuf.

This plan will take us from ideas and possibilities to a professional roadmap for the future—one that can guide improvements, protect this important natural resource, and help us pursue the significant state, federal, and private grants needed to bring individual projects to life.

🎨 The Artist: Morgan Johnson celebrates the warmth, color, and joy of summer through one of the artist's favorite flowers—the hibiscus. Inspired by the beautiful hibiscus blooms in her grandparents' garden, Morgan created this acrylic painting as a tribute to cherished family memories and the beauty of the season.
Through Summer's Heart, she hopes viewers will experience the same sense of sunshine, happiness, and warmth that summer brings, no matter the weather outside. Stop in for a haircut or color at All About Hair and check out Morgan’s palette.
