Just got back from NYC. After marching with Clan Donald in The Tartan Day Parade. We had before parties, parties during the parade. During the parade we gave out around 400 Coo's. And then the after party, where we recognized our Regional commissioners birthday. Great times!

Had a 6 pen Commission order of 6 Tartan Pens. And the customer wanted pens to fit each person they were ordered for. I literally had to take notes! But the entire order is ready to go !

So I will say, if I am making a pen just to sell, im just going through the motions. If I am making a commission pen or a pen fir a gift and I know you? There is a whole story in that pen! A huge difference! If I know you and you have been given a pen or bought a pen from ne I can tell you a story because unlike other turners I put myself into my pens!
