It’s been a busy, wonderful, productive winter around my own home (my usual routine during the cold winter months). In December, I upcycled a large kitchen table with 2 leaves to accommodate our growing family. In January, we joyfully welcomed our 6th grandbaby. Meanwhile, I installed a beverage refrigerator and added pole wrap on the kitchen peninsula. In February, I began adding cabinets above the existing, painting the cabinets, adding hardware and installing new light fixtures. I’m learning to use a router and learning to make cabinet doors (this will come in super handy with my upcycles).
NEXT UP: painting lower cabinets, modifying a cabinet and installing a new apron front farmhouse sink. Then calling in help of a plumber and help with new countertop manufacturer/ installation! So excited!!
Spring Break in Florida
LATE SPRING: stay tuned for a 2nd Life Furniture Pop Up sale locally (this will keep my prices on upcycles very affordable and allow me to try out some new ideas that I’m excited for everyone to see).
