One thing I’m learning is that no two weekends are ever the same. 💐

Some weeks I can barely keep up with demand, and other weeks, especially during vacation season, things are a little quieter. This weekend ended up being one of those slower weekends between market and a pop-up event.

The bright side? A dozen bouquets that didn’t find their way home with customers were able to be shared with Waxahachie Police Department for officers and their families to enjoy. 💙

More than anything, it reminded me how thankful I am for my regular customers! Many of you stop by week after week, and your support means more than you probably realize. It literally keeps me going!

After two days of processing, designing, wrapping, and prepping, today’s flowers are ready!

This week’s flowers are some of my favorites yet, featuring garden roses, toffee roses, delphinium, thistle, hydrangea, hypericum, scabiosa pods, and beautiful seasonal textures.

I’ve also tucked a few vintage bottle arrangements into today’s display at the market and donated a special arrangement to a local charity event. ❤️

Whether you’re looking for flowers for your kitchen table, a gift for a friend, or simply an excuse to treat yourself, we’d love to see you today.

Today was a special day for The Gathering Garden… we SOLD OUT! 🌿💐

I had one bouquet left close to closing and I heard a sweet lady tell her daughter “we should buy her last bouquet”. I truly couldn’t be more grateful. I made sure to let her know she helped me sell out for the very first time! 🥲

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the market today, especially my amazing friends who continue to show up, support, encourage, and spread the word. Your support means more than you know! 🤍

One of my favorite parts of market is seeing familiar faces return. Repeat customers are such a gift because it tells me the flowers, the experience, and the heart behind it are resonating with people.

I’m also excited that more people are learning that The Gathering Garden is more than a flower stand! We offer a rentable flower bar experience for parties, birthdays, showers, corporate events, and special gatherings, bringing people together through creativity, connection, and flowers.

I’ve also had several people reach out for bouquets for special orders, I am able to do those as well! Don’t hesitate to reach out, I’d love to help!

🌿 We’re back at the farmers market today! 🌿

Come see us at 701 Howard Rd from 9am–1pm for fresh blooms, vintage finds, and one-of-a-kind floral creations by The Gathering Garden. 💐✨

Today’s offerings include:
• Build-your-own bouquet bar
• Handcrafted premade bouquets
• Vintage bottle bud vases
• Cottage-inspired floral arrangements
• Foraged + garden-inspired touches
• Specialty stems and unique textures you won’t find at the grocery store 🌼

I’ve been having so much fun mixing whimsical garden elements with vintage pieces lately, and this setup might be one of my favorites yet. From bright cheerful blooms to romantic cottagey arrangements, there’s a little something for everyone today. 🤍

Some days I get so focused on what still needs to happen that I forget to stop and look at everything that HAS happened already. 🤍

In just 6 short weeks, The Gathering Garden has:
✨ Had a successful launch event
✨ Participated in multiple vendor events
✨ Booked and completed a large corporate event
✨ Created luxe Mother’s Day orders
✨ Designed ballet recital bouquets
✨ Completed a teacher appreciation event
✨ Sold dozens of bouquets through Facebook
✨ Had successful farmers market weekends (with many more ahead!)
✨ Booked a private graduation bouquet order
✨ Booked an upcoming birthday party (adorable theme btw!)
✨ Booked a wedding consultation

And somewhere in the middle of all that… I’ve been learning in real time, taking risks, creating, adapting, sourcing flowers, processing stems late into the night, building displays, meeting new people, adding to my space, and pouring my heart into something that started as just a dream in my mind.

It may not be perfect, and I’m still growing and learning every single week, but I’m really proud of what has been built so far. 🌿
