🖤 SHOP HOURS UPDATE 🖤

As many of you know, my grandmother has been on a long healing journey, and family comes first. On the weekends, I'll be helping my sister care for her and spending as much time with her as I can while she continues to recover.

Because of that, my shop hours will be changing:

🕙 Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🚫 Saturday – Sunday: CLOSED

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support through everything life has thrown our way lately. Being a small business owner is one thing, but being able to show up for family when they need you most is priceless.

The shop isn't going anywhere, y'all. BlkRavn will still be here Monday through Friday creating your custom apparel, DTF prints, UV wraps, and all the chaos you know and love. 🐦‍⬛✨

All print orders must be submitted and paid by noon to qualify for same-day turnaround. Orders received after 12 PM will be completed the next business day.

Just a friendly reminder for those that are new. That payment is required before I begin any custom work, designs, or print orders. This helps me keep things running smoothly and get everyone’s orders out as quickly as possible.

🖤 SHOP UPDATE 🖤

To help speed things up and keep orders flowing smoothly, I’ll be directing customers to submit print orders through my Shopify website from now on.

Why? Because when orders come through messages, I still have to download files, resize everything, organize it, invoice it, track payment, and then get it into production. With custom orders coming in daily, it adds a lot of extra time behind the scenes.

Using the website allows YOU to:
✔ Upload your own files
✔ Size your prints exactly how you want them
✔ Pay automatically at checkout
✔ Submit everything directly into my production queue

This helps me spend less time sorting orders and more time actually printing them. 🖤

📌 Turnaround time remains the SAME:
• Orders submitted by 12 PM = Same-Day Print Pickup
• Orders submitted after 12 PM = Ready Next Business Day

As always, if you run into any issues or need help sizing a print, just send me a message and I’ll gladly help.

Hey y’all!

I closed a little early today and will be closed tomorrow as I celebrate my baby girl turning 10 years old! 😭💜

Running a small business is important, but these moments with our kids are priceless. Tomorrow is all about cake, family, memories, and trying to figure out how my little girl is already hitting double digits. 😭
