📢 Important Shop Policy Update 📢
To keep everything running smoothly, please take a moment to read my updated policies:
💖 Payment is required before I begin making your cup. No exceptions.
🛍️ I will only hold wraps, cups, or claimed items for 48 hours. If payment is not received within that time, the items will be returned to available inventory.
🎥 If you claim an item during a live sale, you are responsible for completing your purchase within the 48-hour hold period.
These policies help me stay organized and ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to purchase items.
Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting my small business! I appreciate each and every one of you! 🩷✨
