Mom went to be with Dad in Heaven and her mind is crystal clear and her love for her family is now eternal.

Dad took his final journey to be with the Lord on the evening of March 10. He is now free of pain and in peace. Dad is playing music with his Daddy in heaven and rejoicing in the presence with his Mom, Sister and Brother. Please keep our Mom, Della and our family in your prayers. Our Grandmom, his Mom, now has the task of training Dad to become another Guardian Angel for our family!

Get ready for the On-Line auction that starts on June 5, 2020 for Beck and Benedict Hardware!!! We had a great preview yesterday, 6/03/2020, Wednesday, at the store with Stouffer’s Auction!!! www.stouffersauctionco.com Mom and Dad were pleasantly surprised on how many people showed up to view the items that are going to be in the Auction on June 5! There are (two) online auctions!, Register for both and win a part of the 120 year old hardware store!!! The first auction has 108 lots in it and it is for the fixtures, gun display case with sliding doors, oak shelf display cabinets with galvanized sliding drawers, antique nail bin counters and glass display cases from the antique market and this auction starts at 1:00pm, June 5! The oak wood cases and nail bin counters, cabinets and shelves are manufactured by W.C. Heller and delivered in 1915!!! www.wcheller.com

The second Auction has 1222 lots in it and starts at 2:00pm and this auction contains all of the smaller pieces. Hardware signs, Antique Market Signs, Hardware, Tools, seed scales and antique guitars will be in the auction. Key cutting machines, approx. 150 wooden drawer/bins, music parts and string instraments. An antique scale from Detroit Automatic, an antique McCasey secretary file cabinet and thousands of collectibles from the antique market will be in the auction. Bid on these items in the auction and win a piece of history from the 120 year old store! If you can’t pick up your winnings UPS will deliver them to you!!!

Dick and Della Boschert are retiring from the Hardware Business after 35 years, Bluegrass Jams, and Concerts and Beck and Benedict Hardware will go to this On-Line Auction with Stouffer’s Auction www.stouffersauctionco.com . Stouffers Auction will have an On-Line auction for the Hardware Store at stouffersauctionco.com and the auction dates should start sometime the week of 5/18 for two weeks, but actual dates TBD. Please visit Stouffers website for update information. We have Mom and Dad in quarantine at home during the covid-19 while we prepare the store, so please everyone stay healthy and safe. We can cut your glass and screen repairs during this time but the store is closed for cataloging the merchandise, new and old, hardware, antiques, fixtures, music, display cases shelves and cabinets.
