Good morning everybody and happy Thursday!

This Sunday 6/01/2025 we will be setup at the Waynesburg Ice Cream Stop for their ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY from 11-5pm!

Everybody come out and get some BBQ to start off and then some ice cream to finish!

We will be serving Pulled Pork, Ribs, smoked Bologna, Smoked mac n cheese, smoked baked beans, smoked street corn dip, Smoked queso, and smoked cream cheese!

Due to incoming weather and wind we WILL NOT be setup tomorrow at Waynesburg Barber Shop!

Saturday 5/17 we will be setup at Waynesburg Barber Shop from 12-4! (WEATHER PERMITTING)

We will be serving…Pulled pork, Ribs, Smoked Queso, Smoked street corn dip, Smoked Mac and cheese, Smoked Baked Beans, Smoked Cream Cheese and Smoked Bologna!

We will not be setup today we are catering a wedding!

But we do have the smoker rolling and a little room for some smoked bologna if anybody would like a roll to pickup!

Good morning everybody! We have been smoking since 3 AM! With the rainfall that came through around 430 this morning it has pushed our start time back a hair. We will be there around 10am!

Hey everybody! We will be set up tomrorow morning around 9am at the South Lincoln Alliance Inc. Farmers Market ! COME HUNGRY!, CHECK OUT THE VENDORS!, AND STAY FOR THE EASTER EGG HUNT AT 2pm!

We will be serving pulled pork, ribs, walking pulled pork taco with choice of toppings, smoked corn dip, smoked baked beans, smoked queso,smoked Mac and cheese, smoked bologna, and smoked cream cheese!

We can’t wait to see everybody!

We will be at McKinney Crossing Event Center tomorrow night 4/19 5pm - SELLOUT!!!

*The pulled pork tacos will be exclusively starting 4/26*

Tomorrow we will have RIBS, PULLED PORK, MAC N CHEESE, CREAM CHEESE, BOLOGNA, BAKED BEANS, QUESO, and our STREET CORN DIP!

Hello everybody! With our first setup coming soon on 4/26 at the South Lincoln Alliance Inc. Farmers Market we are trying something new!

Would anybody be interested in pulled pork tacos with a choice of our smoked queso or smoked street corn on top, along with the choice of BBQ or nacho cheese?
