We’ve officially entered the divide and conquer era of parenting.

Dad is at Meet the Roos, Mom is at baseball practice, and somehow we both managed to be at the honors parent meeting too. 🤯

But you know what? I’ve had water today… and honestly, that feels like my personal championship win. 🏆💧

To every parent running their own version of this crazy relay race: you’re doing amazing. Even if your biggest flex today is hydration. 🙌

My husband calls me his little emotional gangster…
and he’s not wrong. I come off as pretty independent but I will absolutely fight for his attention like it’s the last parking spot at Buc-ee’s on a holiday weekend. 🦫💥

That’s why we get up at 4 a.m., before the kids, before football, before the world starts barking orders, just to have time together. We started this a year ago because we found that we have to make time for each other.
Sometimes we don’t talk at all and are just in each other’s presence, sometimes we talk non stop, sometimes we laugh, sometimes we argue, sometimes there’s loving 😉 , and sometimes we just lay on the couch together and fall back asleep….but we made time.

We’ve been through the easy seasons and the “are we even on the same team?” seasons.
And we’ve watched God redeem both. It’s a continuous battle for each other. It’s so hard sometimes but it’s worth it.

Stick around, because we are just getting started here!

They say “move mountains.”
Cool. Done.
Also moved laundry piles, crockpot dinners, kids practices, permission slips, my other full time job, and whatever is currently living in my fridge.

Some mountains look like Everest.
Mine look like football schedules, kids’ activities, and that 9:00 p.m. “Oh, by the way…” from my husband (coach life 🤷‍♀️).

I’m not out here conquering the world,but I had to start telling myself… “‘Honey, you are a baller queen” and I’m just doing the daily uphill climb like every other mom and wife queens I know.

We all have our mountains… mine just sometimes involve bleachers, concession stand nachos, messy cars, and SO MUCH laundry.

So here’s to all of us, mountain movers, chaos tamers, and snack-delivery specialists.
If you want a girl who’s going to be transparent about this wild ride, marriage, motherhood, and the football coach’s wife life… stick around. I’ve got stories, caffeine, and no filter. 🏔️😂

✨ BREAKFAST CLUB ✨
Open daily… but wait until after my coffee ☕️😅

Let’s be real. In the spirit of full transparency, I don’t get up early because I’m some Proverbs 31 woman floating around the house in peace and wisdom.

After 12 years of working night shifts, mornings are not my spiritual gift. But I’ve learned that if I don’t make space to be still, just me, coffee, getting to eat my food without having to help someone else, and God’s Word….I turn into someone my family walks on the shells of the eggs that I just made them 😂

Everyone’s “start your day off right” looks different.
Mine just happens to include coffee, a paper plate, my Bible, and sitting alone in the dark like a vampire. 🦇

This is your reminder to show up like you’ve got your life together…
even if you don’t. 💛

Do what you have to do, do what you need, YOU’VE GOT THIS!! ☘️ 🌷

Feeling extra proud of my husband Jacob Rowe today! He recently led a professional development session on leadership for Weatherford ISD, and it clearly made an impact with one of his coworkers who attended the PD. This coworker has his own podcast and invited him to be a guest on it.

The episode is an awesome listen and such a great reminder of how powerful strong, intentional leadership can be, on and off the field, and really in any aspect of life. He has a gift for connecting with people and motivating others to grow, and it’s so cool to see that being recognized and shared.

Way to go, Coach! Keep leading with purpose, you’re making a difference.

Yesterday was picture day, so I thought I’d try making one of my own!
Graphic design has become a new hobby lately, but honestly, I’ve always loved creating.
This year, I even got to use these skills for check out their page to see some of my work!

Your Irish Tulip is back but with a fresh new feel.

Crocheting will still be a big part of this space, but now I’m also opening the door to more of my passions, graphic design, little glimpses of beauty I find in everyday life, real, honest moments from my journey and my family, and sharing my love for plants and all things green.
This page is becoming a cozy corner for creativity, inspiration, healing, and sharing what’s real.
