A fellow “chalker”, named Jessica Meyer, made this today. So many uses, so many uses, so many ways to show how you’re feeling through art. You can use multiple transfers to make one thing.

Here’s what she said:

“я за україну! 🇺🇦

Today, I sat here feeling super helpless in this matter. I needed to do SOMETHING…so today I created this art piece to represent and show that Ukraine and it’s citizens matter.

The sunflower 🌻 over Russia represents the Ukrainian National flower that has long represented peace in Ukraine.

I want to say and do so much but I can’t. BUT I will keep praying and staying hopeful.

When I started chalking.. I always said I would do something good with it… so I hope to bring someone a smile and peace through this creation.

Transfer used: find joy in the journey world map, sunflower from welcome porch sign transfer, “you matter so much” was a transfer I received from corporate one Christmas. Also a random heart from a transfer that’s been cut apart.

Surface: 18x24 sylvie

Paste used: colonial blue, bright white, bumblebee and golden hour

I also used a chalk pen to make the arrow to Ukraine 🇺🇦”
