To keep up with the demand and continue delivering the quality service/products you expect, we’re expanding our team.

We’re hiring a Design Consultant to join our experienced, customer-focused team! This role combines creativity, customer service, and sales to help homeowners and designers bring their visions to life through custom window treatments and flooring.

What You’ll Do:
•Assist customers in-store and through consultations
•Sell custom window treatments and flooring
•Offer expert advice on color, fabric, and design
•Coordinate with the team for a smooth customer experience
•Introduce new and trending products
•Maintain a welcoming showroom

What We’re Looking For:
•Passion for home design and décor
•Strong communication and people skills
•Detail-oriented and reliable
•Comfortable with fast-paced work and varied personalities
•Basic computer skills

Sales or design experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person with an eye for design and strong work ethic.
