A study in contrast: classic silhouettes meet a touch of whimsy, just the way we like it! The plaster sconces keep things timeless, while Kristy Stafford’s wallpaper brings fun energy reminiscent of pop-art.

We’ve been busy this Spring!

Client installs, site visits for active projects, two photoshoots, an industry panel, educational events, a business retreat, cabinet maker and builder meetings, logistics planning for upcoming construction kick-offs, a visit to high point market, antiquing for clients, many ‘sit tests’ on new upholstery, a team celebration, and envisioning for new clients. We always have fun along the way.

Truly can’t wait for all summer has in store for us. No day is ever the same, which is just the way I like it!

Spring has finally sprung and we are loving all of the beautiful new blooms! 🌸

Much of this Vermont home was designed around the surreal views of the surrounding mountains. This happens to be one of our favorite views (although it's near impossible to choose!) - can you imagine how stunning it must be this time of year?!

Each element in this space, and the dining room beyond, were carefully selected to honor the local landscape & to ensure the views remained the focus.

We think about how spaces are meant to feel, not just how they look. In this primary bath, the goal was to create a setting that felt calm and grounding - a retreat enveloped in nature. Centering the tub on the windows overlooking the forest beyond was the perfect way to bring that feeling to life. We sure wouldn't mind a Sunday soak in

Where we started vs. where we ended. 😍

The goal for this bedroom was to create a palette and layout that feel appropriate for our client’s son while remaining timeless enough to grow with him in the years ahead. We thoughtfully integrated elements that support both present and future use, including a custom desk that provides ample workspace for college coursework now and professional needs later. A cozy reading nook offers a place to unwind on days off, while a special corner was designed with the idea of future grandchildren in mind - a welcoming spot to curl up with a book. Completing the space is a beautifully layered bed dressed in a timeless yet playful color palette, delivering a balance of comfort, warmth, and joy.

A little BTS of our photoshoot at Holliston Winding Drive last week. An exceptional team and true collaboration throughout - this one was truly so fun! We’re looking forward to sharing the finished spaces in the months ahead!

We’re so excited to share more of our Ridgefield Revival project soon. But before getting into the details, we wanted to start where it really begins — with the relationship behind the work. This project grew out of a client–designer partnership we genuinely love, and we’re grateful to share their experience here, in their own words.

The client experience drives everything we do. From those very first conversations through final installation, our process is all about collaboration, clear communication, and paying close attention to the details. Seeing that reflected back through a client’s experience means a lot to us. Their perspective captures what we aim for on every project: balancing vision with ex*****on, keeping things thoughtful and organized, and building a relationship that feels easy, honest, and fun.

Working with repeat clients is especially meaningful. Each project builds on the last - there’s inherent trust, an ease, and a shared understanding that allows us to push ideas & designs further. It’s a level of collaboration that only comes from truly knowing how someone lives and what matters most to them. We don’t take that trust for granted! It’s something we value deeply, and it continues to shape the work we’re most proud of.

We are beginning new projects as we head into warmer weather, and that means scheming with materials! This is one of my favorite parts of the process. We begin to envision how to layer personality into our clients’ homes.

These palettes capture the spirit of the design upfront and act as the guiding compass as we move into selections for fixtures, building materials, furnishings, and decor. I love to look at them post-install as a reminder of where we started.
