Words and pictures can’t explain the amazing work the team did at our experience center. The most wonderful woman in the world made a whole lot of happen for my birthday present. you are the absolute best human being I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing . Now we are very close to opening our doors for all to come and see what has to offer in the Avista Technology Experience Center!

This is not something that is new. This has been going on for months and is only one small reason why it is so difficult to manage projects in a timely manner. These shortages are creating huge delays and the length of time to complete a project is way too long There is just no supply for the materials that small businesses need to continue their work. Meanwhile when the small amounts finally make it off the ships, the large corporations and businesses get priority shipping. Stop buying from the big guys folks and please support the smaller businesses.

Hendrix is thrilled to welcome Frank Bradley to our team! Frank will bring a wealth of knowledge and talent into our kitchen as our new Executive Chef.

Born and raised in Columbia, Frank attended culinary school in Atlanta, with stints at Charleston’s Magnolias and Atlanta’s Iberian Pig following his graduation. Upon his return to Columbia, Frank took over culinary operations as Executive Chef at Kristian Niemi’s Bourbon Columbia in 2015, and in 2019, the two opened West Columbia’s Black Rooster, where Frank served in the same role. Frank has also been a driving force and frequent familiar face hosting harvest dinners with F2T Productions.

Chef Frank’s style merges classical French techniques with traditional southern fare, all tied together by the wonderful local produce, game, and seafood that are unique to our area and state. Please join us in welcoming Chef Frank to !
