3 window upgrades worth the money, and why we made them in our parade home.

1. Transom window in the kitchen. The house faces north, so it brings in natural light all day.

2. Three panel patio door instead of a two panel. The family who owns this home will be watching the sunset through it every night.

3. 60 inch living room windows. The extra height gives the family room a double ceiling feel and floods it with light.
