This 22,623-square-foot facility provides a welcoming space for students to gather, connect, meet, and live in community. Escher Apartments is a five-story, newly constructed multifamily residential building completed in 2025. The property contains 32 units consisting of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, with units located on the four upper floors. The ground floor is primarily configured as an open, covered parking garage. The building encompasses approximately 36,966 square feet. Inspired by the building’s namesake, a prominent vertical façade element incorporates a distinctive geometric, three-dimensional pattern in blue-green, gray, and orange tones, creating a strong architectural focal point.

To celebrate the Back-to-School season, we wanted to highlight a recently completed renovation and addition to the Carroll JR-SR High School! This project renovated finishes across the school, including new ceilings, paint, and flooring in all of the classrooms and hallways, bringing a fresh new look full of school spirit. Additionally, shop and agricultural education spaces were renovated extensively in the Career Technical Education (CTE) wing, including an addition to support the agricultural educational program. The band, choir, and auditorium also saw a major refresh, which included new seating, new acoustical treatments, and a fresh finishes palette.

Yesterday, the KJG team had the opportunity to volunteer at the Food Finders Food Bank Fresh Market, where we helped stock shelves, greet customers, and bag fresh plums for shoppers.

It was a rewarding day of giving back and supporting our community by helping make fresh, nutritious food more accessible to local families.

Continuing our multifamily portfolio, The Oasis is a four-story multi-family community that completed construction in 2025. The building includes an open parking garage and amenity spaces for residents on the ground floor, while the upper three levels are dedicated to apartment units. A rooftop patio on the fourth floor enhances the outdoor experience for residents. The development features two-bedroom, two-bathroom and three-bedroom, three-bathroom units, all equipped with contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, and in-unit laundry.
