Welcome to The Pines at Hidden Creek. Nestled in the heart of Oregon, our family-owned and operated ranch is dedicated to raising grass-fed and grass-finished beef cattle the natural way. We believe in doing right by our land, our animals, and our community. This all began because we wanted to provide our family with clean and healthy meat to put on our table.
Through regenerative farming practices, we are nurturing healthy soil, restoring native grasses, and promoting thriving ecosystems. Our cattle roam freely on open pastures, grazing on natural forage and will NEVER receive hormones, vaccines, antibiotics, or any chemical additives.
The result is clean, healthy beef, full of rich nutrients and natural flavor...meat you can feel good about feeding your family.
At The Pines at Hidden Creek, we take pride in producing beef that’s as pure and honest as the land it comes from.
A typical butcher box will contain the following:
New York
Filet Mignon
Skirt Steak
Top Sirloin
Flank Steak
Rib Eye
Tri Tip
Hanger Steak
Chuck Roast
Round Roast
Ground Beef
Stew Meat
Brisket optional
Prices are:
1/8 of a cow $650 (approx 65)
1/4 of a cow $1200 (approx 127lbs)
1/2 of a cow $2250 (approx 255lbs)
*each butcher box can have a very slight variation to its contents.

If you told me 5 years ago…that I would get to say to you today…how excited I am…that I am now able to offer you this clean…healthy…humanely raised beef…and that it’s is coming from our family farm…to your table…I might pass out from the excitement. But here we are…and I’m so thrilled.
