I didn’t believe a 30-minute dinner could taste this cozy and addictive… 😭

Honey Butter Chicken Corn Skillet — sweet, buttery, ranch-seasoned chicken and corn all in one pan! Tender chicken swimming in that glossy honey butter sauce served over rice. Weeknight winner!

Ingredients:
* 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
* 1 cup frozen corn
* ½ cup honey
* ¼ cup unsalted butter
* 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
* ½ teaspoon garlic powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 2 cups cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then add to the skillet.
3. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
4. Pour in the honey and sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken. Stir to coat everything.
5. Add the frozen corn and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through and saucy.
6. Serve over warm cooked rice and spoon that extra honey butter sauce on top!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
* 1 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
* 1 lb baby red potatoes, halved
* 2 cups frozen corn
* ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), cut into pieces
* 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
* ½ cup chicken broth
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Place the halved baby red potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Add the sliced sausage and frozen corn on top of the potatoes.
3. Dot the butter pieces evenly over the mixture.
4. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over everything.
5. Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot.
6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

* 1 cup corn (frozen or canned, drained)
* 2 cups baby carrots
* ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
* ½ cup honey
* 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

Instructions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, then stir in the honey and ranch seasoning until smooth.

* 1 tsp black pepper
* Optional: splash of apple cider vinegar for extra brightness

Instructions:

- 1 can (15oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (28oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 packet chili seasoning
- 8oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- Toppings: green onions, sliced jalapeños, sour cream

Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef, drain, and add to crockpot with beans, tomatoes, and chili seasoning.
2. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
3. Stir in cream cheese and cheddar until fully melted and creamy.
4. Serve warm with chips or over fries.

Crockpot Cheesy Sausage & Bean Casserole — smoky sausage, tender beans, and tons of melty cheese. This one’s been going viral on Facebook for a reason!

Ingredients (serves 6):
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 3 cans (15oz) great northern or navy beans, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:
1. Add sausage, beans, onion, and bell pepper to crockpot.
2. In a bowl mix barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, and garlic powder. Pour over ingredients.
3. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours.
4. Stir in 1½ cups cheese, top with remaining cheese, cover and let melt for 10 minutes.

Hearty, cheesy, and ridiculously satisfying.

Because you throw everything in the slow cooker and end up with restaurant-style cheesy nachos at home!

Ingredients (serves 6–8):
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 2 cans (15oz) chili beans in sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup salsa
- Toppings: sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, green onions, jalapeños

Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain, then add to crockpot with beans, taco seasoning, and salsa.
2. Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
3. On a large sheet pan, layer chips, meat-bean mixture, and cheese. Broil 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
4. Load up with all your favorite toppings.

Tastes like your favorite Mexican spot but costs way less.

This might be the best cheese and bean combo on the internet right now…

Crockpot Cheesy Bean Dip — loaded with gooey cheese, hearty beans, and just the right spice. Everyone at the party was obsessed!

Ingredients:
- 2 cans (15oz) refried beans
- 1 can (15oz) black beans, drained
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can (4oz) diced green chiles
- Optional: jalapeños & chopped cilantro for topping

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients (except toppings) into the crockpot.
2. Stir well and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway.
3. Once melted and bubbly, stir again and top with jalapeños and cilantro.
4. Keep on warm setting and serve with tortilla chips.

15 minutes of prep and it disappears fast. Game changer for game nights!
