I was literally just touching up my florals when I looked over and caught THIS moment.

The first look.
The emotion.
The love.
The magic.

Sometimes the most beautiful moments aren’t the ones you planned to capture… they’re the ones you simply happen to witness.

Dee 🤍 You were breathtaking.

Watching her go from shy and unsure to confident and proud of what she created was everything.

Sometimes, the most beautiful thing that blooms in my studio isn’t a flower… it’s confidence.

Foam or no foam… the floral industry’s favorite debate.

Here’s my take: Design your way, and I’ll design mine.

I use floral foam because it works for the events I create. Others choose not to—and that’s perfectly okay too. There are many ways to create beautiful florals.

What doesn’t belong in this industry? The bullying.

If someone else’s mechanics have you more stressed than your own designs… it might be time to rearrange your priorities.

We’re all here because we love flowers. Let’s act like it.

Now tell me… or ? 👇
(Keep it kind… we’re arranging flowers, not arguments. 😂)

EVENT PROFESSIONALS

Playing the game of “who can go the lowest” will not sustain your business.

There will ALWAYS be someone willing to do it cheaper.
Someone willing to cut corners.
Someone willing to underprice their talent, time, experience, creativity, and expertise just to get the booking.

But hear me when I say this: CHEAP IS NOT A BUSINESS STRATEGY.

Know your numbers. Know your worth. Know the value of what you bring to the table.

You cannot build a sustainable business while constantly competing to see who can charge the least. Eventually, the math stops mathing.

Stop racing to the bottom and start building a business that can afford to stay in business.

The goal isn’t to be the cheapest.
The goal is to be worth it.

Tip Tuesday!

The foundation of a beautiful arrangement starts before you place the first flower.

Two of the biggest mistakes I see? Forcing floral foam under the water & pouring water over the foam.

Instead let it soak naturally and completely…your flowers will thank you with a longer vase life and better hydration.

Sometimes it’s the simplest techniques that make the biggest difference.

Save this tip for your next arrangement and follow for more floral design tips every Tuesday!

Design is never just about flowers.

It’s about emotion, movement, balance, texture, and creating something that feels unforgettable the moment you walk into the room.

Behind every arrangement is a process most people never see. The layering, the editing, the mechanics, the color story, and the hundreds of small decisions that transform stems into an experience.

I don’t just design for how it looks.
I design for how it feels.
Every bloom has intention.
Every detail matters.
Every installation tells a story.

Here’s a little behind the scenes of the Leah T. Williams creative process.

Enjoy! 💋
