I was experimenting with a “spilling paint” technique -spill the tea and splash in some milk- and the result was completely unexpected. I somehow managed to create the impression of depth, which makes it reminiscent of grey marble 😵 … making it look like stone was NOT my original intention, it just so happened 🤭. Even though it’s not a faux marble per se -again, it wasn’t my intention- it taught me that this technique could potentially be used in trying to create a faux marble. Potentially adding a layer of oil paint on top(?) … it does also look a bit like galaxies 🌌 and stars ✨ … also noticing some silver effects, which is another added bonus. Glad i played and experimented .
