The transformation of our new Lake Worth Beach townhouse, workspace, and future hardwood flooring showroom is underway.

Before the new flooring goes down, the old carpet and tack strips have to come out and the plywood subfloor needs to be properly prepared. This reel shows our crew working through that demolition and preparation stage on the second and third-floor living spaces.

Next up: installing 8" Select Grade White Oak hardwood flooring throughout the living areas, followed by a custom Rubio Monocoat finish designed to showcase the natural character of the white oak.

The finished floor gets all the attention, but a quality hardwood flooring installation starts with the work underneath it.

We’ll continue documenting the project as the new space takes shape.

Palm Beach Hardwood Floor Refinishing | Custom Versailles Parquet

Our sander Paul is using the Lägler TRIO to final sand this custom Rift & Quartered White Oak Versailles parquet floor on Palm Beach Island, Florida.

The TRIO is a precision finish-sanding machine used during the final stages of hardwood floor refinishing to flatten and refine the surface before the final color and finish system is applied.

With custom Versailles parquet flooring, final sanding is especially important. The individual wood pieces, changing grain directions, borders, and intersections all need to come together as one smooth, consistent hardwood floor.

This is one of the final preparation stages before this custom white oak parquet begins to show its finished appearance.

Big news for Fiero Wood Artistry!!!

We officially closed on our new Lake Worth Beach townhouse and future FWA hardwood flooring showroom.

The ground-floor storefront will soon begin its transformation into a dedicated space where homeowners, designers, builders, and architects can experience hardwood flooring up close — custom colors, white oak, specialty finishes, parquet, hardwax oils, and the craftsmanship behind our work.

The showroom isn’t ready yet. In fact, there’s a lot of work ahead of us. Construction, flooring, lighting, displays, samples, and plenty of details still need to come together.

But that’s part of the story.

We’re excited to document the transformation from an empty storefront into the next chapter of Fiero Wood Artistry.

Recently, our team was called to La Goulue Palm Beach to replace damaged hardwood flooring—all while ensuring the restaurant was ready to welcome guests the very next day.

Installer Patrick carefully removed the damaged boards, prepared the repair area, and precision-cut each replacement piece to ensure the repair began with a solid foundation. Quality hardwood repairs aren't rushed—they require patience, experience, and attention to every detail.
