We are excited to announce the opening of our second office in Cedar Rapids, strengthening our presence in a region we’ve been proud to serve for many years.

Along with our new location, we’re pleased to welcome Cedar Rapids-based Senior Architects David Dobson, AIA, and David Sherry, AIA, to the SVPA team. Their local presence builds on SVPA’s longstanding work throughout Eastern Iowa, backed by the experience and resources of our full team.

This next chapter builds on more than seven decades of serving communities across Iowa, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

Seeing a space come to life is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. We’re proud to see the new aquatic center at the Mahaska County YMCA open, active, and serving the City of Oskaloosa community.

It was an honor to be part of creating a facility that brings people together and provides new opportunities for recreation and wellness for years to come. We’re excited to see it already making an impact!

Checking back in from Des Moines Christian Schools' new campus! The Early Education Center classrooms are fully operational and serving the first year of students and staff, thanks to the entire construction team led by BALL TEAM, LLC.

The new high school continues to take shape, as OPUS leads construction. We can't wait to see the school expand and grow, with much more progress on the way!
