Driftless Studios is a family owned and operated business located in Westby, Wisconsin. We create stock designs that our clients customize to create one of a kind finished products. We work with consumers and commercial customers throughout the United States. We do projects as simple as personalized cutting boards for consumers or personalized wood magnets for commercial clients. Our more complica

ted projects involve building custom fixtures for retail stores or using reclaimed 100 year old wood to build custom harvest tables. Job Description: Fulfillment Associate (Pick & Pack)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you are the final touchpoint before our products reach the customer’s doorstep. You’ll be responsible for accurately navigating our warehouse, selecting items for orders, and packaging our customers orders.

Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using pick lists.
Quality Control: Inspect items during the picking process for damage, defects, or incorrect labeling.
Packing: Securely pack items into appropriate size boxes using protective paper stuffing to prevent transit damage.
Shipping Preparation: Generate shipping labels, include packing slips, and organize outgoing packages by carrier type.
Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements & Qualifications
Speed & Accuracy: Ability to maintain a fast pace while ensuring order accuracy.
Physical Stamina: Capable of standing/walking for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs comfortably.
Tech: Comfortable with basic computer skills
Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a "team-first" attitude.
Attention to Detail: You notice the small things—like a minor damage on an item or a missing SKU from a packing list —things that others might miss.

Work Environment & Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $15 to $20 per hour based experience with ( Paid Vacation and 401k Plan)
Growth: Opportunities to move into Lead or Warehouse Management roles in the company.
